We provide cost-effective conversion of patient information to electronic formats, and fast and economical electronic delivery directly to your Electronic Health Record (EHR) system or to a hosted Iron Mountain archive.

KwikTag™ for smaller providers

Physician practices and administrative departments managing smaller quantities of patient information or business records can benefit from Iron Mountain’s easy-to-use KwikTag™ imaging solution. KwikTag™ enables simple document-capture processes, including Post-It Note™ bar-coding for simple file registration. Uploading of images is enabled using existing networked photocopier or imaging equipment to scan images directly into the EHR archive.

More options for larger providers

Healthcare providers with more demanding imaging needs can benefit from our patient file conversion services. These customers may require a backfile scanning project – where very large quantities of existing patient records are converted in a single batch. Alternately, larger healthcare providers may need Image on Demand (IOD) services. With IOD, only the most critical information is extracted, imaged, and delivered on a just-in-time basis - directly into your EHR system or the Iron Mountain Digital Archive.
